COPRI has blocked a small number of overnight sleeping rooms at a special group rate for your convenience at three area hotels.  

Rooms in the block are available for Saturday, May 31, 2025 – Wednesday, June 4, 2025.  If you are unable to secure your room within those dates, please call the hotel for assistance. If you still need assistance, please contact Mark Gable.

The group rate will be available starting November 2024.

Group rates will be subject to the prevailing state and occupancy room taxes, which is currently 15% and subject to change without notice.

Important note: Please be vigilant if approached by a business claiming to be a housing provider for Ports® '25 - they may attempt to contact you or your company to book your hotel rooms through them. Don’t get ripped off!

There is NO official housing agent for Ports® '25 - you get the best deal by booking directly with the Omni Providence Hotel, the Hilton Providence Hotel or the Graduate Providence Hotel through one of the conference links above.

Entering into an agreement with a different company can potentially cost you money, with no guarantee of an actual hotel reservation. Booking rooms through any other company is at your own risk and responsibility. No housing company or agency is authorized to place reservations on behalf of COPRI or ASCE.

None of the area hotels offer an airport shuttle.

Guests staying at the Graduate Providence Hotel have access to free bicycle rentals.

Parking

Local downtown pay lots are located within close proximity.

Parking at the Omni Providence Hotel:

Valet parking is available on-site.  Overnight valet: $34 with unlimited in/out privileges
There is an additional fee of $16 for late pick-up after 3:00 p.m. on the day of departure.

Hourly valet:
0–90 minutes: $9.00
90 minutes – 2.5 hours: $12.00
2.5 hours – 10 hours: $16.00

Rhode Island Convention Center North Garage is conveniently located for guests.

Parking at the Hilton Providence Hotel:

Valet parking is not available.

Self Parking:
$27.00 per day

Parking at the Graduate Providence Hotel:

Valet parking is not available.

Self Parking:
$33.00 per night

Self-parking is available at the Biltmore Garage located on 51 Washington Street, Providence.
